— Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, coordinating kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, and provide showroom tours.
Coordinate kitchen and/or bath measures and meet with customers to review room designs and purchasing recommendations.
Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment.
Drive sales to support department and store goals.
