You will lead concept development and execution across digital, video, social, out-of-home, and emerging formats—using AI and new technology to accelerate creative exploration and production. Partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure creative solutions align with strategic priorities, audience insights, and brand reputation goals. Direct creative disciplines outside your primary area of expertise. Mentor mid-level creatives and marketing colleagues, fostering tech experimentation, conceptual rigor, and production craft across the team. Lead creative presentations to Directors and VPs, articulating not only what the work is, but why it works.
