Contract: W2
Duration: 9 months
Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour
Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging self-paced learning content using the Evolve authoring tool.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex product knowledge into clear learning modules.
Apply adult learning principles to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of educational experiences.
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
Manage the end-to-end development cycle for learning projects, including content updates as product features evolve.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in instructional design methodologies, particularly the ADDIE model.
Proven ability to quickly learn and utilize new software platforms, with a preference for experience with Evolve.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Industry Experience
3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field, ideally within a technology or e-learning environment.
