We are partnered with two fast-growing companies in the residential land development and homebuilding space to fill a dynamic Director of Marketing role. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who brings fresh, strategic ideas and a genuine passion for real estate marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Manage all branding initiatives, social media, publications, signage, and community engagement efforts Oversee and refresh the company websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools to keep strategies fresh and effective
Qualifications
Experience in residential, commercial, or land development marketing is a plusbut not required Strong grasp of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content strategy Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail Preferably 3+ years of experience in the marketing space
