This role leads the development and execution of Momentous’ GTM strategy and product marketing for new product launches, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, driving product adoption, and amplifying Momentous’ brand and positioning in the market. You will define the strategic positioning of Momentous products, ensure successful launches, and drive adoption and growth of products. The GTM lead also oversees and optimizes daily operations, working closely with the SVP of Marketing to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and move key initiatives forward. This role requires a project manager with strong drive and business acumen who can partner as a servant leader to pull projects through to completion. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, product expertise, and hands-on execution experience and report directly to the SVP of Marketing. This role supports Momentous’ mission of democratizing high performance by applying best-in-class practices of high-performing organizations to deliver value to customers. Responsibilities
Lead the marketing end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for all new product launches, ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and audience needs. Define key messaging, value propositions, and positioning for new products; collaborate with Executive leadership, Product, High-Performance, Ecommerce and Brand/Content teams. Develop comprehensive launch plans with timelines, deliverables, and marketing materials including product angles, messaging, and copy. Own product positioning and narrative to differentiate products across our portfolio and resonate with target audiences. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and collect customer feedback to refine product messaging and positioning. Collaborate with Product and High-Performance teams to ensure features, benefits, and value propositions meet market demand and regulatory requirements. Work with Ecommerce and Retention teams to build and optimize customer product journeys that reinforce healthy habits. Serve as a primary liaison between the executive team and other departments for GTM, product launches, and key initiatives; ensure alignment of timelines and initiatives. Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, promoting Momentous’ products at events, conferences, PR, and media outreach. Support the executive leadership team by defining and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, conducting research, and preparing decision-support reports. Develop and implement operational processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs; monitor KPIs to track progress. Develop product training in collaboration with People & Culture, Product, Marketing, and High-Performance teams. Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing to build targeted campaigns driving lead generation and product awareness; work with Strategic Sales & Retail teams to develop tools and materials that drive adoption and revenue. Partner with Data & Analytics to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of directly related experience in project management, management consulting, product marketing, GTM strategy, digital marketing, or related roles. Demonstrated ability to balance operations and implement strategic/innovative solutions. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills including written, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Strong background in consumer products, ideally in the wellness, health, or performance industries. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Customer Success. Hands-on experience in positioning, messaging, and driving consumer awareness for new products. Ability to distill complex product information into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to derive product performance insights; able to synthesize data into compelling stories for stakeholders and decision-making. Deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action; passion for a high-performance lifestyle. MBA degree is a plus.
