The Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned project(s). They ensure work is performed in conformance with project objectives and requirements, project performance metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, profitability), and quality standards. Key responsibilities include safety, subcontractor management, change management, project control and reporting, staffing, adherence to quality plans, and managing the project budget and schedule for consulting, design, or construction projects. The Project Manager also manages client relationships to create positive experiences that lead to future work and is accountable for project financial performance. Multiple project assignments may be required. Responsibilities
Lead projects involving multiple disciplines Obtain industry-specific certifications, including but not limited to PMP and AECPMA Oversee consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects, ensuring conformance to objectives, performance metrics, and quality standards Manage client relationships to foster positive experiences and future opportunities Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent Minimum of five years of applicable experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting Additional Qualifications
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Team-oriented with the ability to lead and manage others Successful experience as an Assistant Project Manager or managing a discipline/area of expertise in a lead role Basic understanding of core engineering disciplines and project delivery in design and construction Additional Information
