Director of Marketing and Communications CranHill Ministries is seeking a ministry-minded, detail-oriented individual to serve on our ministry team as the Marketing and Communications Manager. Responsibilities include social media management and content creation, email marketing creation, print and digital media projects, supervising the photography and videography summer media team, promotional events, apparel and product graphic design, website development and management, mailing list management and development, brand management. This person will be motivated to maximize capacity in all areas of the CranHill ministries. This will be done by creating and implementing a marketing and communications strategy. This strategy will communicate the message of the ministries of CranHill through effective marketing and branding of the different ministries and program of CranHill. This position will assist with special projects as assigned by the President/Executive Director.

• The Director of Marketing, Sales, Promotions and Communications will continue to evaluate current marketing procedures to assess their effectiveness in meeting yearly goals. • Will multi-task and have the ability to manage communications, marketing, promotion materials creation, office operations and provide services to the constituency as needed. • Will aggressively focus energies to understand what tools will best convey the message to the constituency of CranHill and implement those strategies. • Will develop appropriate communication tools to enhance all ministry areas of CranHill. • Will work effectively in a multi-team environment, working with staff and other department heads. • Will take direct responsibility for the duties of the sales portion of the position as well as manage, oversee and contribute to the creation of materials for marketing, advancement, promotions as needed. • Will lead the team of content creators on staff to meet all the needs for design, content, marketing, promotions and even shirt designs or other needs of the ministry.

QUALIFICATIONS: • A testimony and lifestyle that gives evidence of a true experience of salvation by grace and faith in Jesus Christ. • Bachelors Degree and/or 5 years experience in related field. • An attitude of excellence in workmanship. • Knowledge of and participating in ongoing training for marketing, design, promotions and sales. • A supportive attitude to the needs of staff, campers and goals of the organization. • An ability to plan, direct and supervise the energies of staff and volunteer workers. • A comprehensive understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, Website development programs, tools and a plethora of other programs and tools to maximize our marketing. • Self-disciplined and self-motivated • A desire to learn and develop new skills • Be flexible to change as the greater need of the ministry and fulfillment of the camp’s mission statement requires, by performing any duties as assigned by the President/Executive Director.
