We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Chief of Staff to support the Consumer Marketing leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and excels at driving alignment across teams and initiatives. Responsibilities: Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure priorities are aligned and progress is tracked across key initiatives. Prepare and manage leadership communications, strategic readouts, and planning sessions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent messaging across teams. Serve as a connector across internal teams and external partners. Maintain key documentation and contacts to support seamless collaboration. Team Operations & Culture: Support people and culture initiatives including onboarding, recognition programs, and employee engagement efforts. Maintain rhythm of team check-ins, pulse surveys, and informal leadership touchpoints. Help foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. Organizational Planning & Change Management: Ownership of headcount planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation in partnership with HR and Finance. Support organizational transitions and ensure continuity across evolving priorities. Project Coordination: Provide oversight and coordination for strategic projects and cross-functional efforts. Ensure timely execution and alignment with broader business goals. Job Contribution:

An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
