As a UX Research & Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our digital platforms. You'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting user activity data, conducting comprehensive research, and delivering actionable recommendations that enhance our online self-service capabilities, drive eCommerce conversions, and improve overall usability. Key Responsibilities

Data Collection, Analysis, & Insights (35%): Develop and maintain an analytics framework, oversee tracking tools, ensure data integrity, and present insights to stakeholders. Site Activity / Metrics Monitoring & Reporting (30%): Create and deliver accurate reports, handle special data requests, and maintain historical reporting. User Research (25%): Plan and design user research, collaborate with various teams, and perform competitor and market research. Special Projects (10%): Participate in cross-functional projects, offer workshops, and help build a data-driven culture. What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, analytics, human factors, user experience/research, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in web analytics, user research, or similar roles. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and survey tools. Experience in presenting data insights to various levels of seniority. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, Python, and familiarity with GenAI/LLM tools is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, storytelling with data, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
