On the Platform team, we design for seamless money movement and customer care experiences. You'll be the Product Designer who guides the evolution of our growing portfolio of products. Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. Partner closely with content design, research, engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to find sophisticated but practical solutions to design challenges. Listen to customers and domain experts to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers. Rapidly explore a wide range of concepts and prototypes, then zoom in with precision to refine and deliver pixel-perfect designs. Proactively define and clarify outcomes, build a plan of action, and deliver the results (especially when outcomes are unclear). Navigate the complexities and constraints of data, legal, and tech dependencies to deliver top-notch user experiences without compromising user outcomes. What you bring
At least 2-3 years of experience in product design. Excellent portfolio that demonstrates love and care for craft. Curiosity and an ability to grasp complex subject matter. Ability to identify action items and move projects forward when facing ambiguity. Strong collaboration with your design team and cross-functional partners without ego. What we offer
