Starting at $50 / hour APEX Systems is seeking a
skilled and motivated RF Test & Development Engineer
to support our client’s aerospace and defense programs. This role involves working with advanced antenna systems and RF technologies in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include: Setting up, calibrating, and operating RF, digital, and power test equipment Troubleshooting RF, digital, and power issues in production Analyzing test data to identify trends and improve product performance Collaborating with design engineers to enhance hardware and test processes Supporting technicians with troubleshooting and training Participating in program meetings for root cause analysis and corrective actions Monitoring and maintaining product yield targets Qualifications for RF Test & Development Engineer: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related STEM + 2 years of experience OR Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related STEM Experience with RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) Ability to read schematics and block diagrams U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance Qualifications for Principal RF Test & Development Engineer: Bachelor’s + 5 years OR Master’s + 3 years of relevant experience All qualifications listed above Preferred Skills: Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM Experience with LabWindows CVI, C/C++ Strong troubleshooting skills in RF, digital, and analog systems Familiarity with high-speed digital and RF theory Why Join Us?
