In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for assisting with performance aspects of Educational Theater Program productions, including scriptwriting, preparation, rehearsal, acting, and facilitation of assigned roles. The role involves following the booking and touring strategy of educational theater internal or community outreach programs, supporting the coordination of production schedules and education productions, assisting in coordinating special projects such as auditions, premieres, and community events, and ensuring the quality and artistic integrity of performances. The position also involves representing KP internally and externally, and supporting the development of new projects within the theater programs to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities
Build effective relationships by sharing information, listening to feedback, and supporting self-development. Adapt to change and respond to the needs of others to support business outcomes. Complete routine work by following procedures, using data and resources, collaborating with others, and adhering to priorities and deadlines. Identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in designing and developing training programs by revising content, supporting training methods, documenting objectives, and providing feedback on materials. Gather training needs through basic assessments of performance issues. Monitor training effectiveness using simple evaluation methods for continuous improvement. Support project and work plan execution by coordinating and assisting in completing standard tasks. Help deliver effective training by supporting trainers, facilitating sessions, preparing evaluation documents, and assisting in selecting training modalities. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required, or at least one year of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, or related fields. Additional Requirements
