As a
Senior CX/UX Designer
, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Work Arrangement Hybrid

https://www.wolterskluwer.com/en/about-us/organization Required Job Qualifications (Min. 5yr experience) Minimum of 5 years experience designing or developing visual and interactive interfaces for desktop and cloud environments as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, front-end developer, or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of usability standards (WCAG 2.0 AA), UCD methodologies and UX best practices including research-based user experience.
Must have a strong interest and understanding of information architecture.
Demonstrated skill and experience in creating concept designs, user flows/journeys, wireframes, mockups and other product deliverables to effectively communicate UX designs.
Proficient with Figma, Miro or similar design and collaboration tools.
Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Angular, ng-Bootstrap and related technologies.
Proficient designing high performance applications and responsive web design.
Strong, clean visual design sense.
Experience in a formal Agile development environment.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to bring simplicity and clarity to designs.
Demonstrated mentorship and design leadership; excellent communication to connect with stakeholders.
Experience working in agile/scrum environments
Preferred Job Qualifications (Min 5yr experience) 5+ years of UX design experience for large, enterprise applications (cloud environments).
NN/g UX certification or credits toward a certification.
Experience with designing solutions that incorporate AI/ML technologies
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps preferred.
Experience with Asana preferred.
Understanding of common software project management practices.
Understanding of common software development practices.
Ability to break research and design work down into estimable tasks.
Experience with other front-end frameworks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of departments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.
Facilitate discovery and research activities to gain a better understanding of our user’s pain points.
Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.
Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.
Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.
