The role involves managing assigned brands by overseeing sales performance, distribution, and retail execution, while developing and implementing growth strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing plans, managing inventory, building relationships with local stakeholders, and assisting with budgeting and special projects. Job Responsibilities

Manage assigned brands, including sales performance, distribution, and retail execution. Develop and implement plans to grow key areas of these brands. Prepare and present marketing support tools to the sales force. Coordinate and implement local execution of national and geographic marketing plans. Manage POS/PPG warehouse inventory. Develop positive relationships with local promoters, media, and sales managers to stay informed of trends and negotiate sponsorships. Evaluate and respond to local requests for sponsorships and donations. Own the sales and marketing budget, providing monthly LE to drive favorable budget outcomes. Assist with special projects assigned by the General Manager. Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Skills in negotiations, event coordination, basic software, customer follow-up, and time management are essential. Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
