Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the organization’s market and geographic service areas, positioning the firm to excel in winning and closing work. You will perform marketing assignments according to established guidelines, using knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop solutions for non-standard situations. This role may include services related to proposals, interview strategy, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market research.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the development of information and materials for various marketing activities, such as Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, in accordance with the firm’s standards
Establish, communicate, and meet deadlines to ensure the timely completion of project pursuits
Conduct internal QA/QC reviews to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all marketing information, analysis, and documentation
Gather, maintain, and analyze client intelligence information
Utilize hands-on experience to effectively prepare and submit applications for industry awards
Leverage exceptional skills in technical writing, editing, and creativity, coupled with a discerning eye for design

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Writing/Journalism, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
A self-motivated mindset along with the ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
#LI-LA1 Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.
