We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm based in Newport Beach seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for someone who can shape our brand’s presence, protect and enhance our reputation, and drive meaningful engagement across multiple platforms—while producing attention-grabbing short-form video, memes, and other high-impact visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives, with a strong focus on brand positioning and reputation management.

Create, curate, and schedule compelling content for all active platforms, ensuring consistent voice, tone, and visual style.

Plan, script, and produce short-form video, memes, GIFs, and other engaging formats optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth and engagement.

Actively engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-consistent manner.

Collaborate closely with content marketing, field marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, messaging, and customer experience.

Track competitor activity, platform updates, and algorithm changes to inform proactive adjustments to strategy.

Assist in crisis response and brand reputation monitoring, ensuring swift and professional handling of sensitive issues.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-platform social media campaigns.

Strong skills in short-form video production, meme creation, and other creative formats that drive engagement and shares.

Proficiency with social media scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, platform tools).

Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithm behaviors, and audience engagement techniques.

Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities under tight deadlines.

Experience collaborating across departments and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with social listening and reputation monitoring tools is a plus.

Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
