Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support to staff within the Community Affairs department and the Human Resources department, supporting both the VP of Marketing & Communications and the Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities include performing various administrative tasks and managing daily schedules and priorities to maintain efficient and effective operations for both departments.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Some variation in hours worked will be necessary due to special projects or events.
Pay:
$25.58-$33.26/hour
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide overall administrative support to the two departments, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, basic research, report generation, taking minutes, inventory management and fulfillment, filing, and copying. Prepare records and reports required for administrative and regulatory purposes. Assist both departments with timely payments to outside vendors and contractors, including processing invoices, organizing payments, and maintaining financial records. For Community Affairs, support outreach efforts spanning communications, marketing, development and community engagement functions. Support human resources with management of the NH state loan repayment program Assist with general HR support, including creating new employee packets and swag bags, management of personnel files, and updating and maintaining job descriptions. Assist with maintenance of information on current donors and prospects, supporting direct mail, correspondence, and gift processing. Support community engagement efforts; assist in event planning, execution, and staffing. Work effectively with the team members throughout the organization and members of the public. Provide back-up assistance to the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Assistant with varied tasks that support the Senior Leadership Team. Provide backup assistance with various projects for the Administration Team.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred. Three to five years of administrative support experience required. Strong interest in nonprofit and community-focused work. Experience with Microsoft Office suite; experience with Google Suite and donor databases a plus. Knowledge of or interest in learning other digital and workflow tools.
