The ideal duo will have a sophisticated eye for design, sharp conceptual skills, and deep pop culture knowledge to create scroll-stopping content across social platforms. This team must have proven experience producing social-lead creative campaigns, 360 campaigns, TV/OLV, PR extensions, and OOH/activation creative. In addition, we are looking for a team that has a vested personal interest in social media, online trends, sports, and ahead of the curve on new TV shows and movies. Experience with and desire to mentor and assure quality to junior teams is crucial. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Lead ideation in collaboration with social strategist and production to create a high volume of on-brand and relevant content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook). Has an eye for mining high ROI creative opportunities out of day-to-day assignments. Creative Content Execution:
Develop and execute breakthrough social-first creative campaigns that seamlessly tie entertainment, culture, sports, and social media trends. Write, design, and produce high-quality static and motion content independently and on teams. Executional Excellence:
Ensure the highest level of craft in the execution of all creative assets, from well thought out concepts, to manifesto/messaging, to art direction/design, to final production, paying attention to detail, quality and consistency. Innovation & Trends:
Stay up-to-date with social/entertainment trends, sports news (pre-season, in-season, and post-season), advertising industry trends, and design technology/capabilities while translating these insights into relevant brand moments. Brand Stewardship:
