We provide an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the worlds highest traffic websites. Have you ever browsed a website only to find broken links, unexpected trackers, questionable privacy behavior, or slow pages? At ObservePoint, we make it our business to find these problems and report them to our customers, so they can deliver an excellent web experience for their users. Our customers include some of the biggest brands in the world: Adobe, Comcast, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Texas Instruments, Overstock.com, and Johnson & Johnson. About the Job We are looking for a second UX designer to join our team. You will have a significant influence on the direction of our product and will work directly with executives, product managers, and engineering architects to design the next phase of our products evolution. Our team has deep technical and industry experience to draw from, and we are supportive and eager for your success in this role. Hybrid Remote We work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with in-person collaboration. On Wednesdays, team members are asked to work in the Pleasant Grove office and enjoy provided lunch. This setup allows us to balance collaboration and focused work. Engine Team The engine team manages the core technology that crawls websites and performs deep web page inspections, collecting data from millions of pages daily. This involves services written in TypeScript, Java, and Kotlin, coordinating web scanning, and scaling our engine with containers. We deploy new code frequently and prioritize automated monitoring, embracing a DevOps culture. We stay current with web technologies to continuously enhance our engines as the web evolves. Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 5 years in software product design, with no upper limit Web apps:

Experience designing web applications, including: Component libraries and consistent design systems Attention to details for power users Semantic HTML and accessible design principles Taste:

Good aesthetic judgment in product design, even in complex domains Technical knowledge:

Strong understanding of web and internet concepts like HTTP, IP, cookies, DOM, etc. Complexity:

Willing to learn and master our complex product domain Customer obsession:
