Project Marketing Manager Hybrid | Bellevue, Washington Salary: $105,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience Our client is scaling fast and seeking a Project Marketing Manager to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across brand, product marketing, communications, and membership. You’ll orchestrate complex programs—from major launches and brand campaigns to membership growth—ensuring alignment, clarity, and flawless execution across teams. Primary Function Own and deliver cross-functional marketing projects end-to-end. Align scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables; communicate clearly with senior stakeholders; and elevate delivery excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead large, strategic initiatives with visibility across the business and frequent senior stakeholder engagement. Build and manage project plans; align scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver on-brand, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. Proactively identify risks, clear roadblocks, and keep priority projects moving. Facilitate kickoffs, planning, and team ceremonies that set cross-functional teams up for success. Standardize tools, templates, and processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and quality. Champion project management best practices and continuous improvement within marketing. Serve as the primary communicator on progress, risks, milestones, capacity, and KPIs. Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, timelines, and reporting for visibility and accountability. Lead steering committees with senior leaders; prepare artifacts and performance dashboards. Manage projects involving external agencies, vendors, and consulting partners. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and contribute to organizational goals. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly manage the Marketing Production Manager. Develop people and processes: recruit, train, coach, set expectations, recognize performance, and drive change. Improve quality, reduce costs, and deliver results against established objectives while ensuring high service levels. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information management, or equivalent experience. 5+ years leading enterprise business analysis and project management. 1+ years managing or mentoring team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects in marketing, creative, or campaign-driven environments. Familiarity with Agile, sprint planning, and digital-first workflows. PMI certification preferred. Skills and Competencies Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level projects. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across matrixed teams. Comfortable with ambiguity; excels at driving clarity and alignment. Proficiency with Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Wrike, or similar tools. Strong facilitation, planning, meeting leadership, capacity planning, and resource tracking. Effective coaching, delegation, and capability-building for direct reports. Skilled at balancing multiple enterprise projects and competing priorities. Adept at influencing change and optimizing internal and external partnerships. Compensation Salary range: $105,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience.
