Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives by providing operational and administrative support across marketing functions, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with industry regulations, and alignment with commercial goals. This position will serve as a key liaison between marketing, sales, compliance, and external partners, enabling the successful delivery of campaigns, events, and collateral. This role requires close collaboration with Corporate Marketing leadership for communications, events, and advocacy activities; Product/Brand Marketing leadership for sales enablement and product-related materials; and the Project Management team for task routing and prioritization, as well as external partners for material production and coordination.
This position is on-site at the Geneoscopy office in St. Louis, Missouri.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage requests for sales collateral, customization, and distribution.
- Coordinate training for sales teams on new materials and messaging.
- Maintain sales enablement resources to ensure accessibility and version control.
- Organize conference registrations, logistics, and event planning activities.
- Manage the marketing calendar and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
- Track marketing budgets, process purchase orders, and reconcile expenses.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, contact lists, and marketing databases.
- Route marketing materials through medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
- Track and report approval status to ensure timely updates and maintain version control.
- Maintain compliant documentation, incorporate feedback, and properly archive approved assets.
- Resize images and adjust graphic dimensions for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, internal use).
- Perform light photo editing, including cropping, basic retouching, and color correction.
- Create simple graphics and visual content using pre-approved templates in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or social media presentations, and internal communications.
- Provide coordination for campaigns, reporting, and vendor communications.
- Assist with market research, survey administration, and data collection.
- Support the preparation of presentations and marketing performance reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, and administration.
- Proficiency with basic design functions, including resizing, light editing, and template-based graphics creation.
- Exemplify the ability to multitask and thrive in an agile, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, while willing to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization to achieve the desired results.
- Possess high ethics and conduct business in the most professional manner.

- Preferred Additional Experience:
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
SCHEDULE
This is a salaried position, requiring at least 40 hours per week. There may be projects that require activities beyond the standard hours.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary range: annually, determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and abilities.
- Bonus: discretionary annual bonus based on a percentage of the employee's base salary
