ComResource is hiring: Sr. User Experience Researcher in Columbus

ComResource is looking for a Sr. User Experience Researcher.

We need someone to assist in leading UX research from exploration through delivery, using qualitative and quantitative methods to improve customer and agent experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead research planning, execution, and delivery for digital experiences
• Drive improvements in research practices and methodologies
• Facilitate design thinking workshops with business partners
• Translate product roadmaps into research plans
• Conduct usability testing, surveys, interviews, analytics reviews, and VOC studies
• Present findings to stakeholders and guide design direction
• Execute and monitor post-launch research such as intercept surveys and feedback loops
• Participate in design reviews and mentor junior researchers

Essentials:

• 7+ years of UX research experience (in-house or consulting)
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating varied methodologies and storytelling with insights
• Hands-on experience with usability testing, survey design, and research tools
• Experience working in Agile software delivery teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desired:

• Mastery of UX research tools and techniques (heat mapping, card sorting, analytics)
• Experience mentoring and advocating for UX across organizations
• Passion for collaborative problem-solving and user-centered design
