Pathfinders, a full-service integrated marketing agency, is looking for a Web Developer who can bring designs to life and keep digital products running smoothly. At Pathfinders, developers arent just coders; theyre problem solvers who translate business goals into reliable, scalable, and beautiful web experiences. In this role, youll own the build and maintenance of websites and digital tools, integrate systems and APIs, and ensure everything we deliver is tested, accessible, and optimized. Youll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account leads to make sure our work not only looks great but performs even better.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in both the creative and technical spaces, who gets just as much satisfaction from clean code as they do from launching a site that delights clients.

If youre reading closely, in the final question of the application, tell us your favorite digital tool or framework (and why). Were looking for developers who bring curiosity and perspective, not just website builds.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Set the Tone: You bring energy and clarity into every conversation. Even when things get tough, you make work feel doable, not draining.
  • Own the Outcome: You dont just check boxes. You make sure the work connects to the bigger goal and moves projects forward.
  • Keep Growing: You stay curious, adapt quickly when things change, and see every challenge as a chance to get better.
  • We > Me: You believe great work is a team sport. You give credit generously, assume positive intent, and celebrate shared wins.
