About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Affiliate Marketing with a focus on lead generation. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, data-driven leader with a strategic mindset and a strong background in affiliate and performance marketing. Key responsibilities for this role include owning and growing the affiliate program, overseeing campaign operations, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and regulatory landscapes. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing high-impact partnerships, managing a team of affiliate managers and partner success leads, and ensuring the team meets performance goals. A strong emphasis is placed on team leadership, development, and fostering a culture of analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in affiliate marketing, performance media, or partnership strategy, with at least 2 years in a people management role. A proven track record in managing high-volume CPL campaigns, particularly in the insurance, health, or finance sectors, is essential. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with technical aspects of affiliate marketing, including campaign setup, traffic quality monitoring, and compliance alignment. The candidate should be a confident and structured communicator, capable of influencing partners and leading teams, and must be adept at cross-functional collaboration. A strong educational background in a relevant field is preferred, and the candidate should be committed to continuous improvement and innovation within the affiliate marketing channel.
