Brand Media Partnerships Director , you’ll be joining a passionate and collaborative team of media professionals dedicated to driving success for our clients and forging meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. Set the strategic direction and oversee the execution of cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and exceed client expectations. Manage media operations, including partner management, campaign optimization, and detailed performance analysis across Publisher Partnerships, Display, Video/CTV, Audio, and other channels. Establish and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships across media channels to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness. Identify and negotiate annual deals with key publishers to secure consistent rates, access to premium inventory, and first-look opportunities for clients. Provide high-level, executive communication to clients, offering strategic insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations. Mentor and guide a team of media professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Spearhead cross-agency, high-impact projects and initiatives that push boundaries and deliver measurable client success. What You’ll Bring

10+ years of experience in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field, including 4+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Expert-level knowledge of Account Planning, Brand Media, and Content Creation to develop innovative strategies and impactful campaigns. Advanced understanding of Marketing Metrics, Marketing Planning & Analysis, and Market Research & Consumer Behavior to guide data-driven decisions and strategies. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and improve performance. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, ensuring access to premium inventory, consistent rates, and innovative opportunities. Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless alignment with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Ability to work on a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive, 360-degree media strategies. Proven leadership skills, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within your team.
