About the role The Senior Product Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic leader in shaping and executing the product and portfolio vision for Spinal Elements’ platform. This role demands a high level of cross-functional leadership, market insight, and clinical acumen to drive innovation, differentiation, and commercial success. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketer with deep experience in upstream and downstream product strategy, surgeon engagement, and cross-functional program leadership. Primary Responsibilities
Create and lead strategic business plans for product and portfolio growth Manage upstream product marketing objectives including KOL engagement, product inputs, definition, pre-clinical and clinical validation, launch budget, revenue forecasting, and inventory planning Oversee product launches and downstream product management including sales collateral, surgeon/distributor targeting, field communications, education, inventory strategy, and lifecycle planning Continuously evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics to refine product strategy Recommend pricing strategies and monitor marketing budgets and expenditures Develop short- and long-range strategies for product and portfolio expansion Represent marketing on cross-functional teams interfacing with product development, production, and manufacturing Create and optimize processes to maximize marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency Collaborate with regional Sales & Market Development teams to validate and execute product launches Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Quality, Clinical & Regulatory) to drive project progress and portfolio growth Manage and participate in cadaveric labs for product development and educational purposes Support surgeons in the operating room as a product and subject matter expert Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development Other duties as assigned What Makes You Successful (KSA’s)
Substantial understanding of the spine and orthopedic device markets Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer-facing roles and working with KOLs Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet established timelines Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, operations, product development, regulatory, and quality teams Ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into product requirements Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills Flexibility to work weekends as needed for marketing and educational events Professional representation of the company in diverse business settings What You’ll Get (Benefits & Perks)

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience 5 or more years of product marketing experience in medical devices, with operating room experience preferred Spine and/or orthopedic medical device experience strongly preferred Work Authorization US Work Authorization required Work Environment This job operates in an office setting.
