Head of Industry Marketing, Automotive & Manufacturing, AWS Industry Marketing Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a technically-minded, results-oriented leader to develop, lead, and execute our global marketing strategy and programs for automotive and manufacturing businesses. This person will lead a global team of marketing experts that drive industry-specific product marketing, field and account-based marketing, digital marketing, global industry campaigns, executive programs, and presence at large global events and industry tradeshows. They will partner closely with product & sales leaders to shape and position our portfolio of services, solutions, and partner offerings to help transform manufacturing operations and automotive innovation. Their team will develop differentiated value propositions backed by compelling reasons to believe that position AWS as the product for automotive and manufacturing use cases. They will create world-class industry content, technical storytelling, and experiences that scale across AWS Marketing channels to help decision makers see the value in working with AWS. They will drive awareness, deliver pipeline, and create raving AWS fans across the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Lead, inspire and oversee the global automotive and manufacturing industry marketing team Develop compelling and differentiated value propositions and narratives that bring together AWS industry expertise, services and solutions for automotive and manufacturing Drive product and customer stories with excellence through the industry lens and ensure they are delivered through industry-specific digital channels, campaigns, analysts, press, events and commercial organization stakeholders Use market insights and competitive analysis to shape our product, sales, go-to-market, and industry marketing approach Develop and deliver consumable, impactful sales tools for AWS sales and go-to-market teams Develop, support, and deliver keynotes across industry conferences and tradeshows. Ensure that AWS has the right content and spokespersons to communicate industry value Work with our partner community to define solutions investment areas, develop value props and support the partner marketing delivery Build and maintain relationships with executives, customers and industry analysts A day in the life AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience managing teams Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
