Overview Senior UI Designer at Hilton. This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA. You will join the Marketing team to attract customers through storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Senior UI Designer, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Creative Design team, reporting to the Senior Manager, UI Design, you will work on Hilton digital initiatives, Web Shop experience and innovation, Hilton for Business, Luxury & Lifestyle websites and applications, Hilton Honors design interface, Brand and other global experiences.

How You Will Make An Impact Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
Partner closely with an external design agency to support the execution of visually refined, responsive UI components and layouts across web and mobile platforms. Review agency deliverables in Figma (or similar tools), checking for consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards. Make small design updates or refinements directly and contribute to the evolution of the design system as needed. Ensure design files are organized, well-documented, and ready for engineering handoff or stakeholder review. How You Will Collaborate With Others
Act as a design liaison between internal stakeholders and the agency—gathering feedback, clarifying requirements, and facilitating iterative improvements. Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure UI work supports user flows, functional requirements, and technical constraints. Participate in internal design critiques and QA reviews to uphold design quality and ensure a consistent user interface across experiences. Coordinate with other internal designers and the agency to align UI execution with product timelines and brand expectations. What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
Design Intuitive Interfaces: Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with Hilton's brand standards. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design solutions, and gather feedback. Prototyping and Testing: Creating interactive prototypes to test and refine designs, ensuring usability and user experience. Optimization: Evaluating and optimizing existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis. Design Systems and Guidelines: Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across Hilton's digital products.
