The Opportunity You’ll lead the charge in turning our brand into a movement—one enterprise customer, broker channel, and employee at a time. This isn’t a marketing ops role. You’ll own how we show up in front of Fortune 50 clients, healthcare giants, clinical partners, and the workers they serve—from branded comms and campaigns to launch assets and activation playbooks. You’ll bring our voice to life across formats and channels, with a sharp eye and sharper execution.

Design with constraints: Our customers have strict brand standards. You’ll build creative campaigns within those rails that still punch through noise and move the needle.

Launch like a founder: You’ll help drive new product, feature, and market launches across our customer base and distribution network—and make sure they land with clarity and momentum.

Write with purpose: From transactional emails to employer-facing one-pagers, you’ll keep our comms clear, confident, and conversion-ready. You’ll also help shape social, blog, and broader messaging.

Create at the speed of Hike: We don’t have a giant agency or bloated brand team. You’ll work directly with the co-founders and product team to execute quickly and iterate with intent.

What Excites Us These aren’t hard and fast requirements as we care more about bias to action and crisp thinking than matching every bullet.

2–6 years in content, comms, lifecycle marketing, or brand ideally at a high-growth B2B or healthcare startup.

Scrappy design instincts (Figma, Canva, etc), with a portfolio of visually appealling, brand-aligned work

Excellent writer and editor - you know how to say more with less, and make messaging resonate (with or without AI)

Prior experience managing customer or partner-facing assets with tight brand guardrails

Bonus: you've worked with brokers, HR teams, or benefit platforms before

Bonus: you’ve launched multi-channel campaigns with physical & digital channels

What You’ll Own

Communications plans and marketing assets for Fortune 50 clients and major health systems

Brand management and delivery across formats—email, decks, print, web, and product

All outbound email campaigns, internal launch comms, and UX copy for transactional/service emails

Content strategy + light execution for social channels and Hike’s blog

Messaging and creative for channel distribution (brokers, clinical networks, wholesale)

Ongoing maintenance and organization of our marketing & brand asset library
