We are hiring Affiliate Marketing Associates to support and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program. In this role, you will focus on building and managing a portfolio of TikTok creators, developing strong relationships, and helping them succeed with campaigns and product promotions. You will serve as the main point of contact for your creator portfolio, ensuring they stay engaged, supported, and aligned with brand initiatives. This is a creator-facing role that blends outreach, relationship management, and performance support.Responsibilities:•Affiliate Portfolio Development•Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of TikTok creators in our affiliate program.•Provide affiliates with creative assets, campaign details, and product education.•Manage affiliates for your designated accounts, such as Neocell Collagen, Natural Vitality CALM, Rainbow Light, or MaxCalm, with visibility into additional brands in our portfolio•Relationship Management•Build and maintain long-term partnerships with creators, ensuring consistent communication and support.•Act as the primary contact for your creator portfolio, delivering updates, campaign resources, and feedback.•Performance Optimization•Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using dashboards and Excel.•Share insights and recommendations to help creators improve content and drive sales.•Partnership Coordination•Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, promotions, and featured product pushes.•Ensure affiliates receive the right assets and messaging to support brand consistency.•Communications & Reporting•Develop affiliate-facing communication to guide and motivate creators.•Track performance, report results through Excel, and stay informed on TikTok trends and best practices.•Additional duties as assignedQualifications:•Bachelor's degree in business/marketing•Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).•Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to build and sustain a creator portfolio.•Bilingual in English and Spanish•Driven and results-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and deliver on key objectives•Organized and able to manage multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously.•Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or eCommerce is a plus.We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events, Summer Picnic, Festive Packages, Holiday Celebrations, and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011, Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Island's Top Workplaces Award 7 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
