Base pay range $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Addison Group Recruiting Manager, Information Technology at Addison Group Job Title: Content Migration Specialist (Temporary – Junior Level) Location: Remote (DMV area candidates preferred) Duration: Approx. 2 months (with possibility of shorter or extended timeline) Schedule: 35 hours/week Compensation: $25-28/hour hour – commensurate with experience Equipment: Provided About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Migration Specialist to support a short-term website project. In this role, you’ll assist with the transition of content from our legacy websites to a newly designed site. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their digital/content career looking to get hands-on experience with content management systems and web production. What You’ll Do: Migrate and organize content from existing websites into a new CMS Copy and paste text, upload images, and format content for new pages Build out basic page layouts using predefined templates Ensure accuracy and consistency of migrated content Use your design instincts to arrange content and images in visually appealing ways Collaborate with the project lead to stay aligned on priorities and timelines Assist with basic project coordination tasks (e.g., tracking progress, flagging blockers) What We’re Looking For: Real-world experience working in a content management system (Wagtail experience is a plus, but not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A good eye for layout and design – you don’t need to be a designer, but should be comfortable building clean, user-friendly pages Some experience with project coordination or task tracking Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain accuracy Able to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable internet connection (if remote) Bonus Points For: Familiarity with Wagtail or similar CMS platforms Experience with basic HTML/CSS (not required, but helpful) Previous experience in a content-heavy or web production role This is a temporary position with a fast-moving timeline .
