Job Description
About the Role:

This transformation will align content efforts with marketing's key priorities and leverage our expertise to connect with audiences in proactive and scalable ways. It's with this in mind that we're looking for someone with strong facilitation experience, who is comfortable negotiating complex stakeholder needs and enjoys bringing colleagues on a journey of cultural change.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that support business objectives, enhance client relationships, and contextualize key market and world events for our key client segments through timely and relevant insights. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial services content with the ability to translate complex concepts into memorable content that compels action, have strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of building high-performing content teams and initiatives, from the ground up.

Develop our hero, recurring and go-to-market aligned content marketing programs, in line with the broader content strategy.
Own content project management and planning, ensuring content strategy and scope is translated into content plans and a cohesive content calendar. Briefs and work closely with the two other vertical leads to manage the workflow through to completion.
Build strong relationships with segment marketing leads, relevant business and SME partners and contributors to maintain and govern content strategy, scope, calendar and forums.
Be a clear and consistent communicator, respected voice and trusted operator and partner, in and outside of marketing.
Requirements Of The Role
8+ years of experience in content marketing and/or content strategy
5+ years of people management experience with demonstrated ability in leading and developing small but high performing teams
Proven track record of developing and executing successful pan-regional, multi-cultural content strategies
Experience in B2B or complex, regulated B2C environments with pan-regional and multiple stakeholder groups
