As part of the Marketing & Communications [MarCom] Department, the Marketing Content Strategist is responsible for driving content planning and execution across channels, ensuring brand consistency, and aligning messaging with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. The role includes ownership of the annual marketing calendar, content oversight to ensure brand voice and strategy alignment, content strategy development, executive reporting and insights, cross-functional collaboration, and performance optimization using analytics tools. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, 4+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing communications, strong analytical skills, and experience presenting to executive stakeholders. Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required. The position requires working 3 days a week in either the EPIC Atlanta (Sandy Springs) GA office or San Ramon CA office, with a hybrid work model.
