Job DescriptionJob Description Summary Join a dynamic team of content owners driving the success of hit games across the VR development ecosystem. We're looking for a methodical, solutions-oriented thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can transform complex challenges into actionable insights. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Marketing, and Publishing to support developer onboarding and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding and procurement processes for third-party developers Lead supply chain, procurement, and purchasing initiatives, including vendor integration, FTC compliance verification, and signature tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stalled cases and ensure smooth workflows Maintain and update onboarding trackers, providing timely status reports to stakeholders with a strong sense of ownership Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery and execution Share best practices to elevate operational standards across the team Partner with Legal to manage contract and statement-of-work drafting, review, and approval Drive cross-functional execution and ensure accountability for deliverables Key Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business-related project management 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing management Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Solid understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet creation/modification Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail in documenting workflows, schedules, and trackers Demonstrated ownership and accountability in project execution BA/BSc or equivalent experience Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM platforms Experience in platform QA and hardware development Direct experience working with third-party developers to release content Genuine passion for technology and the XR industry Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
