Job Details

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of creatives designing custom IP and translate complex, licensed IP into new products to meet client demand, collaborating with leadership and brand creatives.
- Guide processes and workflows; experience reorganizing teams and design processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated portfolio with a creative IP focus.
- Leadership experience—leading others, working with leadership, and partnering with brand creatives.
