(Please check out our Instagram for reference: @socialsupplydesign) This full-time, in-person position is based at our headquarters in Upper Marlboro, MD, with occasional client site visits in or around Washington, D.C. Who You Are • A high-speed designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment. • Comfortable supporting multiple projects consistently delivering assets on schedule. • Exceptionally creative, flexible, and solution-oriented. • A team player who collaborates seamlessly with project managers, production, and vendors. • Detail-obsessed and able to execute both concept development and technical execution efficiently. • Passionate about designing brand experiences for clients and growing the presence of the Social Supply brand! Your Role & Day-to-Day As our Graphic Designer , you will: Prepare and format print-ready files for large format event printing (banners, signage, installations) Design brand collateral, including: Proposals and design decks Social media graphics and marketing materials Promotional merchandise Non-technical web graphics Vehicle wrap concepts Collaborate closely with project managers, fabricators, and our in-house team Maintain high standards of brand consistency across all touchpoints Deliver polished designs on rapid timelines , adapting quickly and delivering with precision Support future initiatives in event design , brand development , and marketing strategy Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience , with proven success in large format print prep Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) File formatting for print (ideally large format) Range of collateral (social media, merchandise, proposals, environmental graphics, etc.) Comfortable working under tight deadlines—quick conception to execution Detail-oriented, adaptive, and aligned with a modern, immersive aesthetic This isn’t just a production role—it’s a launching pad. Ideal candidates will grow into: Supporting event design and experiential environments Leading brand identity development and enhancement Assisting with marketing strategy and collateral production What We Offer Salary Range : $45,000 – $60,000 depending on experience and portfolio strength Performance-Based Bonus Structure tied to project success and individual contribution + Additional Earned PTO - up to 18 Days a year (which can be cashed in) ????
