Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager with a strong background in paid media to join the dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will ensure that paid marketing strategies contribute significantly to the overall success and bottom line of the business. You will leverage a mix of marketing channels and techniques, focusing on measurable growth and scalable paid marketing campaigns to meet the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strategic and innovative ideas to enhance Shamrock's digital brand.
Manage, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, including algorithm shifts, industry updates, and platform changes, continuously enhancing knowledge and integrating innovative approaches into paid marketing strategy
Perform keyword and competitor research, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth and marketing effectiveness
Analyze data, reporting and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for scaling growth efforts
Develop and manage media budgets in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing across platforms
Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and conduct A/B tests on messaging, formats, and audiences
Own and optimize audience targeting strategies using first-party data, lookalikes, retargeting, and custom audience segments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., WebDev, Brand, Product, Sales) to ensure alignment on campaign strategy and funnel performance
Evaluate and onboard new media tools, platforms, or vendors to support campaign execution and performance
Support integrated campaign planning, ensuring paid media aligns with organic, social, and other digital channels
5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role
Proficient in conversion tracking and tag management tools (e.g., GTM, Meta Pixel, UTM frameworks).
Strong analytical skills across platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with others
Proven ability to manage multi-channel budgets and optimize for ROAS or CPL efficiency.
Familiar with A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Management experience a plus
