Base pay range
$90.00/hr - $100.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver motion prototypes, animations, and product visualizations that communicate future product experiences.
- Work in After Effects, Figma, and prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie) to create interactive and animated product scenarios.
- Contribute to decks and presentations for leadership that showcase product vision through static and animated design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (UX, PMs, BizOps, Strategy) across multiple product areas.
- Direct and provide creative feedback to external motion/creative agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Balance conceptual design and production work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in motion design, ideally with a focus on UX/product interaction.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects (minimum 5 years hands-on).
- High proficiency in Figma (including prototyping).
- Experience creating visuals that blend product realism with aspirational concepts.
- Ability to thrive in short project cycles (6–8 weeks), with rapid iteration and feedback.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to present and defend design decisions.
