Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining our organization's public image, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and communicating our mission and goals to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other content to enhance media relations.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing reports on public perception and brand awareness.
• Coordinate and organize events, press conferences, and promotional activities to engage stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers to maximize media exposure.
• Manage social media channels by creating engaging content and interacting with followers to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and platforms for tracking coverage and sentiment analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media management tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
