Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking an AI Solutions Architect - Power Platform & UX to join their team. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Global AI Business Solutions Customer Success team supporting operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI Solutions Architect - Power Platform & UX

Location: Redmond, WA - Remote

Pay Range: $60.99 - $67.10 on Experis W2

What's the Job?

• Establish reporting aligned to GSA team engagements across the AI Business Process and AI Workforce teams.
• Lead project plans for readiness materials, live training sessions, and ongoing change management.
• Create feedback loops for CSAs to suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Define metrics, data sources, and wireframes for executive dashboards and reporting.
• Drive initiatives to improve labor logging rates and manage MSX opportunities.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Copilot.
• Experience in user interface/user experience design for business applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and business process improvement skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and provide thought leadership.
