We are seeking a Producer to join our YITTY team. This role will report to the Head of Production with overall responsibility for planning, facilitation, and daily operations related to E-commerce and Editorials. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. They should work well within a team and be self-motivated to work independently. The Producer oversees all aspects of product photography and videos for our ecommerce platform. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing photography projects that deliver high-quality, on-brand visuals for online listings, marketing, and social media. The role involves collaboration with creative teams, photographers, stylists, and ecommerce teams to enhance the online shopping experience and increase customer engagement. This position reports to the Head of Production . Key Responsibilities: Photography Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage product photography and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and product needs. Budgeting and Accounting: Manage budgets for ecommerce shoots and process timecards for crew and talent through our payroll system. Shoot Coordination: Organize logistics for photography sessions, including sourcing models, stylists, scheduling, and coordinating with facilities. Talent Casting: Manage castings, work with agencies and non-represented talent, and negotiate rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with site merchandisers, marketing, and product teams to ensure images meet platform requirements and support campaigns. Post-Production Oversight: Collaborate with post-production teams on timelines, image editing, retouching, and optimization for digital platforms. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external photographers, techs, and stylists to ensure timely delivery within budget. Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on ecommerce photography trends, tools, and technologies to improve productivity. Editorial Production: Manage end-to-end editorial production, working closely with creatives and photographers to realize visual concepts. On Set Production: Act as the main point of contact during shoots, manage workflow, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time budget decisions. Qualifications: 4+ years in photography production, preferably in ecommerce. Strong understanding of ecommerce photography requirements. Knowledge of studio lighting, composition, and color correction techniques. Experience managing and directing photoshoots with attention to aesthetics and detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Knowledge of photo/video workflows, styling, and post-production processes. Location: This role is based at our El Segundo Headquarters.
