Overview

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Content Analyst to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze content performance using CPS, tracking acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics across different content types, regions, and audience segments
  • Transition the CPS model from percentile-based scoring to fixed performance thresholds, leveraging historical and industry benchmarks
  • Incorporate multi-touch engagement tracking to assess content influence beyond direct conversions, ensuring holistic measurement
  • Develop a strategy for measuring content performance both within agents and generated by agents, and tying that to attribution
  • Work with analytics tools such as: Tableau, Google Analytics, Snowflake to build out the CPS score and automate reporting
  • Partner with content marketing teams, SEO strategists, and digital analysts to align content performance with business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in content or web analytics, marketing analytics, or digital performance measurement
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and data analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience working with content/web performance metrics, engagement analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams
  • Experience with data transformation such as: expanding and collapsing multi-value fields
  • Hands-on experience using Snowflake and Google BigQuery
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content analytics and engagement tracking
  • Understanding of content marketing strategies, including SEO, audience segmentation, and user journey mapping
  • Knowledge of paid and organic traffic analysis and their impact on content performance
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and multi-touch attribution analysis
  • Background in A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks for content optimization
