The role is the strategic leader behind the hotel's revenue generation and brand promotion efforts, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and brand awareness.

Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by identifying key market segments, cultivating relationships with high-value clients, and securing lucrative business opportunities. You will lead the sales and marketing teams in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of our hotel's marketing initiatives, including advertising, branding, digital marketing, and public relations, to position the hotel as a leader in the industry and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
