Marketing at LILT
The Marketing Team at LILT promotes the story and impact of LILT globally. It serves as the face of LILT, reaching out to prospects, customers, and the community to help the world understand LILT products and services, drive pipeline growth, and grow our market presence. Where You’ll Work
Get the best of both worlds at LILT! Dive into dynamic in-office energy 3 to 5 days a week, sparking creativity and forging bonds with your team. Then, seamlessly shift gears and complete your to-do list from the comfort of your home base for the rest of the week. The position is based out of our San Francisco office and will be expected to work in a hybrid capacity. Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.

LILT is the Agentic, AI-powered enterprise translation and localization company revolutionizing how the world communicates. Our human-in-the-loop translation platform combines state-of-the-art large language models with professional linguists to deliver fast, accurate, and scalable translation for enterprises and government agencies. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies that rely on LILT to support global customer experiences and multilingual operations.
We’re hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of our positioning, messaging, enablement, and go-to-market programs. Reporting to the CMO, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning the entire product marketing lifecycle — from launch planning and persona development to sales enablement and thought leadership.
You’ll craft compelling narratives that resonate with commercial and federal buyers, build and execute a scalable product marketing roadmap, and lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Growth. You’ll ensure our revenue teams are equipped with the tools, content, training, and confidence they need to differentiate LILT and close business.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused leader ready to elevate product marketing into the company's core growth engine.
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise tech company — AI startup experience a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable go-to-market and product marketing strategies across commercial and federal segments.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative—able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable, bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to evolving priorities and complex challenges.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional stakeholders, and high-impact deliverables without sacrificing quality or speed.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach — constantly asking "why" and solving problems with rigor and creativity.
- Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships and thrives in high-growth, high-performance cultures.
- Demonstrated success leading sales enablement programs — including training, onboarding, asset creation, and feedback-driven refinement.
- Hands-on experience supporting federal go-to-market strategies, including messaging for public sector buyers, procurement cycles, and compliance positioning (e.g., FedRAMP).
- Skilled in analytics and optimization — tracking campaign performance, SEO rankings, product usage, and sales feedback to refine GTM strategy, enhance ROI reporting, and support continuous improvement.
- Adept at thought leadership and industry engagement — representing the brand in online communities, industry events, and digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and social selling opportunities.
- Strong content development skills — including authoring solution briefs, product videos, case studies, whitepapers, web copy, and competitive assets.
- Experienced in event marketing support, including messaging, content, collateral creation, and sales readiness for conferences, field events, and executive briefings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator — capable of simplifying technical concepts and telling compelling product stories that resonate with both business and technical audiences.
