Position Summary
In this role, you will lead the Podcast Ad Operations team in managing day-to-day execution and driving operational excellence across campaigns. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including sales, production, and content operations, to ensure smooth delivery, optimize performance, and support revenue growth. This cross-functional role demands strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Success in this position will be driven by effective team leadership, continuous process improvement, and deep expertise in ad technologies, platforms, and podcast ad operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the Podcast Ad Operations team, supporting the execution of high-visibility campaigns across the Studio71 podcast and simulcast network. Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and troubleshooting, including resolution of complex ad delivery and technical issues such as third-party attribution pixels and platform integrations—ensuring minimal discrepancies and smooth execution.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making by promoting best practices around data usage, measurement, and campaign performance, while staying current with emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends that impact ad operations.
- Implement and enforce scalable processes that support efficiency, continuous improvement, and clear documentation. Regularly evaluate workflows, tools, and team performance to enable long-term growth and operational excellence.
- Prioritize and delegate daily tasks to ensure team alignment with campaign milestones and revenue goals. Motivate, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed expectations—overseeing hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives.
