Design simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences powered by generative AI, driving step-change improvements to users’ document workflows.
Collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, and executive stakeholders to establish and agree on design direction.
Craft design artifacts at all fidelity levels — journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups — to articulate ideas and solutions.
Partner with the research team to validate designs through user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops.
Contribute to the Acrobat GenAI design strategy to maintain a user-friendly experience across various features.
Leverage and contribute to Adobe’s design systems and patterns to maintain quality and consistency.
Work independently, manage your own design priorities, and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design roles, with a proven track record delivering impactful, user-centered solutions.
Background in UX/AX, HCD, Visual Design, or similar is preferred.
Expertise in solving complex, multi-layered design problems using systems thinking.
Ability to lead and influence within a cross-functional environment, bringing strong strategic and tactical design skills.
Experience crafting for complex technical products is a strong plus.
Highly skilled with Figma and prototyping tools.
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills, able to advocate for users and design principles with diverse audiences.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving product spaces.
Passion for generative AI, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional user experiences.
