Creative Ops Support: Partner with Creative Director and Marketing Ops to connect tools (Figma, Brandfolder, project management platforms) and streamline workflows across teams.
Creative Guides & Resources: Develop clear guides and resources that empower teammates to use systems effectively and keep creative output consistent.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in design operations, creative technology, or production design roles.
Strong fluency in Figma and digital asset management platforms (Brandfolder experience a plus).
Familiarity with marketing/creative production workflows across digital, social, and campaign environments.

Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills - you can work across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
Comfortable balancing detail-oriented execution with big-picture operational strategy.
Bonus Point
Experience with automation or workflow integrations (Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.).
Background in design (visual, UX, or brand) with a strong eye for scalable systems.
Familiarity with publishing, gaming, or entertainment industries.
