We’re seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the coordination, execution, and trafficking of a wide range of creative projects. This role ensures alignment with client strategy, deadlines, and business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is confident presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Must be commutable for hybrid structure to McLean or Richmond, VA
12 month contract role, possibility of extension
Up to $40/hr

Key Responsibilities
Partner with creative teams, marketing strategists, and channel managers to deliver high-impact projects such as:
Emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social media, web, display, and video
Facilitate project intake and prioritize work according to business needs
Build project timelines, assign tasks, and track delivery to ensure on-time completion
Use project management tools like Workfront to drive execution
Manage and maintain marketing roadmaps
Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks
Generate and deliver status reports for creative teams and leadership
Lead team ceremonies including stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives
Implement changes and optimizations to improve project outputs
Collaborate with Program Managers and other stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiencies
Required Skills
Proven ability to manage 20+ concurrent projects across multiple business lines
Skilled in navigating shifting priorities and fast-moving environments
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage both tactical and long-term initiatives
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous situations
Calm and composed under pressure
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
4–5+ years of direct project management experience required
3+ years working in a creative, advertising, or digital marketing environment preferred
1–2 years of experience using Workfront or similar platforms preferred
3+ years experience reviewing both visual and written content preferred
3+ years experience supporting digital or social media channels preferred
