Help define and drive the AI strategy for procurement products by collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, Product Management, and Development). You’ll shape an AI framework that streamlines repetitive tasks (e.g., approvals), optimizes workflows (e.g., supplier selection and evaluation), enhances spend visibility, predicts risks, and delivers intelligent, data-driven recommendations. Lead user experience design for Analytics projects, including dashboards, data exploration tools, and visualization capabilities that empower users to uncover insights and make confident decisions. Design innovative, user-centered solutions for AI and Analytics features, ensuring consistency, usability, and delight across products. Partner with user research teams to inform both long-term strategy and tactical design, validating concepts through user insights and data. Qualifications

6+ years of UX design experience, ideally including 2–3 years in a strategic role. Proven portfolio demonstrating impactful design work for complex enterprise B2B SaaS products; ideally experience with procurement and analytics domains. Expertise in AI-driven experiences: skilled at exploring, shaping, and implementing modern AI strategies and solutions. Strong background in data-heavy product design, including analytics dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools. Ability to simplify complexity: adept at transforming AI/ML outputs and large datasets into intuitive, actionable user experiences. Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools). Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely across large-scale PM, Development, and UX teams. Equal Employment Opportunity

Compensation range transparency: The annualized compensation range for this role is 141,700 - 294,700 USD. The actual amount offered will depend on education, skills, experience, scope, location, and other factors.
