We are here to help you succeed in every step of your development and career as you work with nationally recognized experts in a recognized best place to work.About the RoleThe Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing marketing programs that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and partner engagement. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants the opportunity to own campaigns from execution through reporting.This position supports go-to-market strategy execution, event and webinar promotion, content development, and partner marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will also serve as a connector between marketing, sales, and channel partners to ensure campaigns are effectively driving results.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Lead GenerationBuild and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid social, webinars, digital ads).Customize Sage-provided campaign assets or develop firm-branded versions (emails, landing pages, social posts).Set up and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows and optimization for lead capture.Collaborate with business development reps to support lead hand-off and nurturing.Content Development & CoordinationAdapt or repurpose Sage content into tailored campaigns.Draft and edit marketing copy for emails, landing pages, case studies, and blogs.Maintain a content and campaign calendar to ensure timely execution.Webinars & EventsPlan and execute webinars and virtual events with Sage and ecosystem partners.Manage logistics including invites, registrations, reminders, and follow-up campaigns.Track engagement and report on pipeline influence.Reporting & InsightsMonitor campaign performance in HubSpot, Dynamics, and Google Analytics.Report on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.Provide recommendations for optimization.Partner Fund SupportSupport execution of co-op and Market Development Fund (MDF) activities.Assist with documentation, budget tracking, and reimbursement submissions.Ensure activities align with Sage partner program criteria.Experience & Qualifications2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS or ERP experience preferred).Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation) and Microsoft Dynamics.Strong copywriting, editing, and campaign management skills.Familiarity with digital advertising, content syndication, and webinar promotion.Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.Experience working with channel or partner marketing programs (preferred).Self-starter who can execute independently and collaborate across teams.Software & ToolsStrong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and copywriting ability.Data-driven approach with attention to results.Ability to build cross-functional and partner relationships.Creative mindset with problem-solving orientation.The Fun Stuff Work isn't all work!
